5. METHODS AND DURATION OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Processing of personal data of the User is made without any limitation of its duration, by any legal method, including personal data information system with/without the use of automated means.
5.2. The User accepts that Website Administration has a right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal services, and telecommunication operators, solely for the execution of the User's order, made through Stay Property online store website, including delivery.
5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government agencies of the Russian Federation only on grounds of and within the procedure, stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data Website Administration shall inform the User on such loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. Website Administration makes appropriate arrangements and implement technical measures in order to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, deletion, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. Website Administration and the User implement all appropriate measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences, arisen from loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged:
6.1.1. Submit personal data, required for the use of Online store Website.
6.1.2. Update, revise submitted personal data in case it was changed.
6.2. Website Administration is obliged :
6.2.1. Use submitted data only for purposes, stated in par. 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure confidentiality of personal data, do not disclose personal data without prior written consent of the User, and do not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by any other methods submitted personal data of the User's, except for cases, stipulated in par. 5.2. and par. 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precaution measures for protection of privacy of User's personal data in accordance with procedure, commonly used for protection of such kind of information
in current business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data, related to relevant User, since the User/its legal representative/ authorised body protecting rights of subjects of personal information addresses or sends an appropriate request for the period of verification, in case any incorrect personal data or illegal action were identified.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. In case of non-fulfilling of its obligations, Website Administration is responsible for any losses, incurred by the User due to unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases, stipulated in par. 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information Website Administration bears no responsibility, if this personal information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from third party before it was submitted to Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
8.1. Prior to filing a court action in relation to disputes, arising from relations between the User of Online store website and Website Administration, submission of claim is mandatory (written proposal on voluntary settlement).
8.2. Within 30 calendar days since claim is received, the recipient of a claim notifies a sender of a claim on results of its consideration in written.
8.3. If the parties fail to agree, dispute shall be filed to court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and Website Administration are governed by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS
9.1. Website Administration reserves the right to alter this Privacy Policy without User's consent.
9.2. New Privacy Policy is affective from the date of its publication at Online store website, unless otherwise stipulated in new version of Privacy Policy.
